Italy has one of the largest ageing population of the developed world. Unfortunately, the aging population
is perceived as a social liability and thus is almost segregated from the active society. In addition, Italy
is increasingly becoming left behind in respect to the Scandinavian countries that are adopting new protocols
to solve this growing problem.
Overtime supports the valorization of the people that are about to enter the pension state or that are already
in this economic condition. Overtime believes that the ageing population has the need to have an active
role within the economically active society, even after they have entered governmental help. Indeed, the
aging population represent a vital strength to Italian society that can be reintegrated by implementing
appropriate programs for them to develop and hence re-vitalizing their need to participate in the community.
What does Overtime do?
-Courses, meetings and conferences.
-Give associated the support and security of maintaining an open exercise.
-Create a personal path, for respecting the needs of the associated.
-Possibilities of transport to reach the building and receive the materials they need home.
Mission
Overtime would like to give the ageing population that are in conditions to keep on having an active life
after entering the pension state, according to their own areas of interest, developing already existing and
new activities, with the help of overtime’s staff.
Vision
Overtime starts to operates in the city of Milan and has as an objective to expand in all of the main cities
of the national territory and once the project is established, overtime will also like to expand overseas.
Involve the younger society in the project.
